Eagles Running Back Saquon Barkley was named the NFC Offensive Player of the Week for Week 7 following his standout performance against the New York Giants on Sunday.

Barkley ran for 176 yards on Sunday including one touchdown at MetLife Stadium. He also nabbed 10 receiving yards in the game that the Eagles won 28-3.

Barkley has 761 yards so far this season, which is the most through six games since Barkley’s 2018 rookie season with the Giants. Barkley had 811 yards through six games in that season.

Barkley was signed by the Eagles during free agency earlier this year and has already won NFC Offensive Player of the Week once this season, following the Eagles’ Week 1 win over the Green Bay Packers. He has won this award five times in total, the other three coming in 2018, 2019, and 2022.
