Michael Rubin, owner of Fanatics Inc., apologized for recent merchandise issues experienced by Eagles fans.

Fanatics, which is the exclusive online provider of official NFL merchandise and operates both the NFL and the Philadelphia Eagles online pro shops, experienced significant production issues following the release of the Eagles’ kelly green merchandise. First reported by the Philadelphia Inquirer, fans who were hotly anticipating the release of the merchandise and purchased the new apparel through Fanatics received their merchandise with crooked numerals and names.

The Fanatics Co-Chair posted to X on Monday apologizing for the issues and assuring fans that the company will try to make it right.

“Anytime we let any fan down, it’s a failure on our part and that’s on me,” Rubin posted.

Rubin, who was once a co-owner of the Philadelphia 76ers with Josh Harris’ investment group, founded Fanatics after dropping out from Villanova University.

A spokesperson from Fanatics separately indicated that the company has paused all shipments while they conduct a quality assessment.

Fans looking for Kelly Green merchandise in the interim can visit the Eagles Pro Shop locations at Lincoln Financial Field, Lancaster PA, or Cherry Hill NJ.
