Eagles Take On Chiefs in Super Bowl LIX Rematch

Game Thumbnail-31

After knocking off the Cowboys in Week 1, the Eagles travel to Arrowhead Stadium to take on the Kansas City Chiefs in a Super Bowl rematch.

The Eagles have been locked in for the 2025 season since the parade, so while they won’t admit to the Super Bowl rematch, this team. There are question marks coming into this game, including the status of Jalen Carter, who had a one game suspension retroactive to week 1 following his getting ejected in the season opener and is officially available for the game from a league perspective. Meanwhile, the Chiefs are looking for their first win of the season after losing to their division rival Los Angeles Chargers in Brazil in their season opener. Just 11.5% of teams that have started 0-2 since the 1990 season have made the playoffs, so while it’s not impossible to recover from a start, the Chiefs are hoping to avoid having to defy the odds.

Kickoff is at 4:25 PM on FOX. Kevin Burkhardt and Tom Brady are on the call for FOX Sports. This game will be nationally televised.
