Ticket Draw Registration Open for LA 2028 Olympics

With just over two years until the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles, fans can now register for their chance to purchase tickets to the games.
“LA28 is ready to welcome the world and the most spectacular athletes from every corner of it for what will be the greatest Games in history,” said LA28 Chief Executive Officer Reynold Hoover. “A ticket to the Games is more than just a seat in the stands. It’s an opportunity to witness history and be part of the awe-inspiring moments where we celebrate the best of humanity and experience unity through the power of sport.”
Fans interested in purchasing tickets, which start at just $28, should visit tickets.la28.org. From there, fans will be able to register for an account and submit their registration for the lottery that assigns ticket time slots. Fans have until March 28, 2026 to submit their registration.
Once the deadline has passed, the LA28 team will begin conducting “ticket draws” and randomly selecting registrants for time slots, called “ticket drops.” Fans only need to register once and will be considered for all ticket drops. Once fans have been selected, they can purchase up to 12 tickets across all events of the 2028 Olympics. The first ticket drop will occur between April 9 and April 19, 2026, and fans will be notified beginning on March 31 if they have qualified for a ticket drop. Additional ticket drops will be scheduled on a rolling basis beginning in April.
Residents of Los Angeles and Oklahoma City, the two main cities where Olympic competitions are scheduled to take place, can register for an exclusive presale by March 18. That presale runs from April 2 to April 6 and is only open to those residents.
Fans interested in tickets for the 2028 Paralympic Games will have the chance to purchase them in 2027.
