The NFL announced that Week 15’s matchup between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Seattle Seahawks will be flexed to Monday Night Football.

The matchup, which will now kick off at 8:15 PM on December 18, replaces the originally scheduled game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the New England Patriots. The Patriots are 2-9 through Week 13 and the game is expected to be a blowout in favor of Kansas City.

The Eagles game will air on ESPN and ABC networks, and will feature Joe Buck and Troy Aikman on the call, with Lisa Salters on the sidelines.

This is the first season that the NFL has been able to flex games into Monday night and Thursday night games. Prior to this season, the NFL has only been able to flex games to Sunday nights since NBC landed NFL broadcasting rights for Sunday Night Football in 2006.

The NFL also announced the slate of games played on Saturday, December 16. The Minnesota Vikings take on the Cincinnati Bengals at 1 PM, the Pittsburgh Steelers will play the Indianapolis Colts at 4:30 PM, and the Denver Broncos will play the Detroit Lions at 8:15 PM. All Saturday games will air on NFL Network.
