Eagles Host Bills In Kelly Green Game

Game-Thumbnail-6

The Eagles put on the Kelly Green uniforms again as they face off against the Buffalo Bills.

This is the first time that Jalen Hurts and Josh Allen, who currently lead the league in rushing touchdowns by quarterbacks at 7 and 9, respectively, have faced off in their careers. The Bills haven’t won in Philadelphia since 1996, and the Eagles have won four of the last 5 matchups between these two teams. The Eagles are looking to rise to 10-1 on the season and keep the NFL’s best record, while the Bills are hoping to slip into a playoff spot as they’re just outside of the playoff picture.

Kickoff is set for 4:25 PM ET. Live game footage airs on CBS with Jim Nantz and Tony Romo on the call

Watkins was activated from Injured Reserve this weekend, so things are trending towards his return. Goedert is not formally on injured reserve as it is apparent the Eagles hope he will return before the minimum four weeks. Justin Evans, meanwhile, was on injured reserve but had his 21-day practice window opened last week. He did not participate in practice this week; he remains eligible to return against San Francisco.

The injury report was littered with players who were protected during Wednesday’s walkthrough; the team did not practice on Wednesday due to the short week.
